Relevant tasks are auto-assigned to Churchill's staff to swiftly continue into the sales process, while their CRM is updated with everything from the original audio file to summarised notes, keeping their system spotless and up to date.

The benefits don't stop there. We built in automated file management to keep things tidy, as well as a call analysis step that intelligently scans for critical information relevant for Churchill. These insights are visualised in a custom dashboard, alongside every call summary stored in a searchable vector database, giving their team the ability to revisit and retrieve insights instantly.

Built with security at its core, Emerge AI hosts orchestration and data storage on Australian servers. AI requests are encrypted and kept private, and client data is never used for training by our model providers.
